Recently, the young musicians of the Music for Future Foundation visited the Hovhannes Sharambeyan Museum of Folk Art in Yerevan, a unique center of culture and art.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to see part of the museum’s collection of over 12,000 pieces of Armenian decorative and applied art — wooden, metal, and stone carvings, ceramics, carpets, and rugs — as well as to discover the works of master artisans who preserve and pass on the art and identity of our people.

The museum bears the name of the prominent figure of Armenian art, Hovhannes Sharambeyan, whose efforts made possible not only the collection of cultural heritage but also its promotion and development. This museum tour became an important source of cultural awareness and inspiration, encouraging a renewed appreciation for the value of national art and its enduring presence in our daily lives.
