On September 1, a new and important chapter opened in the life of the Music for Future Foundation: a strategic partnership memorandum was signed between the Foundation and Visa, a global leader in digital payments. This initiative brings together the boundless beauty of music, the value of education, and the power of innovative technologies around a single goal: to support and empower young talents in Armenia.

The memorandum was signed by Sergey Smbatyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Music for Future Foundation, UNICEF National Ambassador, and Conductor, and Diana Kiguradze, Visa Regional Manager in the Caucasus and Moldova. The signing marked the beginning of a new path where music and innovation will go hand in hand to create value.

The partnership will be implemented under the shared vision of "Music for Future — with Visa". In the near future, new initiatives will emerge to help young people discover their creative potential, increase access to education, and make music a bridge for development and unity. Joint events and programs are planned to showcase the powerful synergy of art and technology.

During the press conference, Sergey Smbatyan noted:"Today, we are charting a new path where music and innovation, culture and business, come together. For five years, the Music for Future Foundation has been opening horizons for talented children. The best young musicians, selected by an international jury, participate in educational and developmental programs. Today, our partnership with Visa becomes a unique example of how a global brand can join the mission of Armenian culture. Visa changes lives through technology, and we change destinies through music. Together, we prove that innovation and culture can walk the same path — for the future. This memorandum is the wings of our talents, enabling them to soar, break boundaries, and carry the name of Armenia onto the world’s stages."

Diana Kiguradze emphasized:"At Visa, our mission is to provide opportunities and empower the next generation. That’s why we constantly invest in socially significant initiatives that create lasting value. Music, like innovation, has the power to inspire, unite, and open new doors. Through our collaboration with the Music for Future Foundation, we are proud to support young Armenian talents by providing the resources, visibility, and confidence they need to develop their art and present it to the world. Together, we are investing in their future and demonstrating that Armenia’s youth can proudly shine on global stages."

Guests at the event also had the opportunity to explore a unique and thoughtful concept — Baroor Toys musical toys. These are more than toys: each one is designed to help children sleep better, love music, and develop emotional and cognitive skills. The gentle lullabies recorded for the toys were performed by the Foundation’s students, so each toy carries not only the beauty of classical music but also the warmth of young Armenian musicians.

One of the highlights of the event was the live performances by young talents, whose warm and vibrant music touched all attendees. The Foundation’s scholarship recipients performed:

  • Eduard Dayan (violin) — Paganini Caprice No.1

  • Mari Danielyan (piano) — Babajanyan Capriccio

  • Mikayel Harutyunyan (saxophone) — Garçon-Jazz Variations on a Paganini Theme

This partnership is paving a new path toward a future where Armenian young talents will have broader opportunities to receive education, present their art, and build a successful and dignified future.
