Foundation clarinetist Arsen Balayan is an honorary award winner

Arsen Balayan, a young clarinetist from the "Music for the Future" Foundation, participated in the "Silverstein Clarinet Contest" international online annual music competition and was awarded the "Honorary Award" in the Junior Division.
