and Development Program for Talents 2022/2023

Our main goals became the roadmap of our "Talentum"
program: to identify talented musicians, educate and
develop them, and as a result have musicians who meet
international standards and represent Armenian culture
around the world. Exploring the market, today we can
state that we are the only foundation that delivers clear
and measurable results to its beneficiaries.

  • Master classes are organized in Armenia and abroad for the professional growth of Talentum’s scholars.





  • English and Russian language courses are organized during the year to improve communication skills.





  • The most important mission of the Armenian musician is to recognize and carry the most important values of the Armenian cultural heritage, for which museum visits are organized.





  • Visits to concerts of world-renowned artists are organized to get acquainted with the world’s best- performing schools.





  • The talents demonstrate their knowledge by performing at the concerts organized by the Foundation in Armenia and abroad throughout the year to gain a great stage experience.





  • Talented young people receive financial support from the Foundation, which ensures full concentration on their profession.

The Artistic Director of the "Talentum" Educational and Development Program for Talents
is Sergey Smbatyan, the Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the
Armenian State Symphony Orchestra.
