– Why did you choose music as your life’s path? What draws you to this art form?

– I never thought I would be engaged in music. It feels as though this art form chose me.

ree

– Which composers are the closest and most influential to you, and why?

– I have a special love for the music of Aram Khachaturian, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, and Frédéric Chopin. Aram Khachaturian’s music reflects the image of our homeland. He symphonized folk music and presented it to the world. Tchaikovsky is one of the greatest melodists of all time. His music contains magnificent lyricism, distinctive style, and depth. I call Chopin the “singer of the piano.” In his works, I feel an entire ocean filled with emotional moments and profound sincerity.

– What goals and dreams do you have as a musician, both personal and professional?

– My goal is to become a good musician and to perform in renowned concert halls alongside famous artists and orchestras.

– What values do you follow in your musical career?

– Sincerity, honesty, deep emotionality, inspiration, and love.

– How do you envision your role as a musician in culture and society?

– Active involvement in promoting national and classical music.

– Every artist leaves their mark on the development of their homeland’s culture. Perhaps I, too, will succeed in doing so for my country.

– What is your main source of inspiration and motivation to continue learning and growing in the field of music?

– My nation’s rich spiritual and cultural heritage is a great source of inspiration and strength for me. I see myself as a bearer and continuer of all that.

– How would you describe the importance of art and music in the life of a person and society?

– Art nurtures a person, elevating and ennobling the soul.

– What challenges or difficulties have you faced as a young musician, and how do you overcome them?

– We face certain challenges every day that strengthen us. And we come to realize that every difficulty can be overcome.

– How do you see the role of the “Music for the Future” foundation for you and other young musicians like you?

ree

– The “Music for the Future” foundation provides a wide range of opportunities for professional growth, communication with experienced musicians, and acquiring new acquaintances and knowledge.

– Where and how do you see your musical career in the future – in Armenia or abroad?

– I would gladly go on concert tours, but my main activity will be in my homeland.

– How do you overcome creative difficulties or lack of inspiration?

– I visit museums, as visual art is a very inspiring force for me, especially the warm and sunlit colors of Martiros Saryan and Minas Avetisyan.

– What are your interests besides music? Do you have a hobby or activity that inspires you?

– I love traveling.

ree

– In this life, nothing happens by accident.

– In which concert hall or venue would you like to perform one day, and why there in particular?

– I would like to perform in many concert halls around the world, but my most honorable stage will always remain my beloved Yerevan’s Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall.

ree

– With whom would you like to perform or collaborate if your dream came true?

– I would like to be a member of the big family called the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra.
