Young musicians of the Foundation at the Opening Concert of the 5th Penderecki Contemporary Music Festival

On March 5, the young musicians of the Music for Future Foundation attended the opening concert of the 5th Penderecki Contemporary Music Festival. The evening featured works by Krzysztof Penderecki, Avet Terterian, and the orchestra’s composer-in-residence Eric Whitacre.

• Krzysztof Penderecki – Serenade for String Orchestra (10 min)

• Eric Whitacre – Prelude in C major for Orchestra (8 min)(Armenian premiere)

• Krzysztof Penderecki – Adagio from Symphony No. 3 (12 min)

• Avet Terterian – Symphony No. 3 (28 min)
