Violinist Eduard Dayan Wins Grand Prix at Prestigious Competition

Eduard Dayan, a violinist and scholarship recipient of the “Armenian Virtuosos” program of the “Music for Future” Foundation, participated in the III Interregional Open Competition for String Instrument Performers named after Wilhelm Shpet, held in Omsk, Russian Federation. He was awarded First Prize in the “Violin” category and won the Grand Prix of the competition, also receiving a monetary award of 1 million rubles.
During the gala concert, Eduard Dayan performed Niccolò Paganini’s Violin Concerto No. 1, accompanied by the Omsk Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of conductor Mikhail Golikov.
