Piano master class with Remi Geniet

Famous pianist Remi Geniet will hold master classes for the Foundation's scholars on October 20.

Within the framework of the Music for Future Classical Music Academy, famous pianist Remi Geniet will hold master classes for the scholarship holders of the Foundation on October 20 (wednesday), from 11AM to 12PM. The master classes will take place in Tatyana Hayrapetyan Concert Hall, at Tchaikovsky Specialized Secondary Music School. The event is supported by the European Foundation for Support of Culture (EUFSC).


Master classes are open to students of musical institutions. Those applicants who didn't pass the scholarship competition can also be present at master classes as passive listeners.


Entrance to master classes is allowed only in masks.

Laureate of numerous international competitions, notably the second prize-winner at the 2013 Queen Elisabeth International Piano Competition at the age of twenty and the youngest prize-winner of the Bonn International Beethoven Competition, Rémi Geniet is fast establishing himself as one of the most prominent pianists of his generation. In 2015 he was awarded first prize at the prestigious Young Concert Artists International Auditions in New York.


Rémi Geniet performs internationally with orchestras including the St. Petersburg Philharmonic, State Symphony Orchestra Novaya Rossiya, Ural Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, Barcelona Symphony, Luxembourg Philharmonic, Belgium National Orchestra, Orchestre national de Lille and others.
