About the "Music for the Future" Foundation
Our vision
We believe that only a look towards the future can transform the essence of a simple "charity" into an "investment."
Our mission
Our mission is to identify, educate, develop, and support talented musicians who can become musicians of international standards and cultural ambassadors of our country around the world.
The foundation's "Children Are Our Present" concept challenges the traditional idea that children are exclusively the bearers of the future, and emphasizes their importance in the present, emphasizing our high responsibility towards the younger generation today.
As bearers of this idea, we are confident that we can play a significant and decisive role in shaping the success of our children's lives. By supporting talented young musicians today, we are creating a promising environment that they deserve and where they can flourish.
We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented fundraising specialist, particularly with an event planning and business development (sales) focus. This specialist will be instrumental in expanding our donor/investor base, planning large fundraising events, and creating purposeful partnerships that advance the Foundation's mission.
1
Main responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including individual donations/investments, corporate partnerships, and grant applications
Identify, research and develop new donor/investor engagement opportunities, developing partnerships with current donors/investors to ensure ongoing support
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for potential and current donors/investors, ensuring clear communication of the Foundation's impact
Plan, coordinate and manage fundraising events, including online, to engage supporters and raise funds for the Foundation
Assist in establishing relationships with potential corporate sponsors/investors by creating sponsorship/investment packages that align with their goals and the Foundation's mission
Promote event ticket sales, partnerships, and sponsorships to maximize revenue
2
Required qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in fundraising, event planning, sales, or a related field
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and creating impact
Proven track record of planning and executing successful events
