Violin master class with Graf Mourյa

Famous violinist Graf Mourյa will hold master classes for the Foundation's scholars on October 12.

Within the framework of the Music for Future Classical Music Academy, famous violinist Graf Mourzha will hold master classes for the scholarship holders of the Foundation on October 12 (Tuesday), from 11AM to 2PM. The master classes will take place in the large concert hall named after Tatyana Hayrapetyan, at Tchaikovsky Specialized Secondary Music School. The event is supported by the European Foundation for Support of Culture (EUFSC).


Master classes are open to students of musical institutions. Those applicants who didn't pass the scholarship competition can also be present at master classes as passive listeners.


Entrance to master classes is allowed only in masks.

Since 1990 Mourja has given chamber music concerts, recitals and concerts with symphony orchestra in Russia and Europe in major concert halls: Large and Small Hall of Tchaikovsky Moscow Conservatory, Large and Small Halls of the St. Petersburg Conservatory, Teatre de la Ville, Arsenal (France), Concertgebouw (Holland), Palais des Beaux Arts (Belgium), Liszt Budapest academy (Hungary), etc. 


During his studies Mourja became the laureate and winner of numerous international competitions. In 2004, G. Mourja was awarded the title "Honored Artist of Russia". In June 2010, Graf Mourzha won The Gold Medal - Grand Prix at the prestigious Violin Competition «Violin Masters» in Monte Carlo.
