Violin master class with Lavard Skou-Larsen

Famous violinist and conductor Lavard Skou-Larsen will hold master classes for the Foundation's scholars on October 8.

Within the framework of the Music for Future Classical Music Academy, famous violinist and conductor Lavard Skou-Larsen will hold master classes for the scholarship holders of the Foundation on October 8 (Friday), from 4PM to 7PM. The master classes will take place in concert hall N 412, at Tchaikovsky Specialized Secondary Music School. The event is supported by the European Foundation for Support of Culture (EUFSC).

 

Master classes are open to students of musical institutions. Those applicants who didn't pass the scholarship competition can also be present at master classes as passive listeners.

 

Entrance to master classes is allowed only in masks.

Lavard Skou-Larsen has won numerous awards both as a soloist and as a chamber musician. From 1983 to 1986 he was a member of the "Camerata Academica" in Salzburg, headed by Sandor Vegh. He has been teaching violin at the Mozarteum Conservatory since 1991, first as an assistant of Professor Dr. Helmut Zehetmair, then from 2002 founded his own violin class.
